Overview
CrazyArrow: Arrow Rush (“CrazyArrow”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) respects your privacy. This policy explains how information may be handled when you use the CrazyArrow mobile game.
Information we collect
CrazyArrow does not require you to create an account or provide your name, address, or contact information to play. The game stores gameplay settings and progress on your device.
If you choose to contact support, we receive the information you include in your email, such as your email address and the details of your request. We use it only to respond to and resolve your support request.
Advertising and third-party services
The game uses Google Mobile Ads (AdMob) only for optional rewarded-ad revives. We request non-personalized ad treatment in the game’s ad request. Google and its partners may process information such as IP address (which may be used to estimate coarse location), device identifiers, advertising data, product interaction, diagnostics, and ad interaction to deliver, measure, cap frequency, and protect advertising from fraud. These services operate under their own policies. You can read Google’s policy at policies.google.com/privacy.
CrazyArrow does not currently request permission to access the iOS advertising identifier. If that changes, we will ask through Apple’s system prompt first. Where Google requires a privacy-choice control, it is available in the game’s Settings screen.
If you use Game Center features, Apple processes Game Center information under its own privacy policy. CrazyArrow does not receive your Apple ID or payment-card information.
In-app purchases
Optional purchases are processed by Apple. We do not collect or store your payment details. Purchase records and refunds are handled by Apple in accordance with its policies.
How we use information
We use information only to operate and improve the game, provide advertising where enabled, respond to support requests, protect against fraud or abuse, and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information.
Data sharing
We do not share personal information except with service providers needed to operate the game (such as Apple and Google), when required by law, or to protect the rights, safety, and security of players and the game.
Children’s privacy
CrazyArrow is designed for a general audience and is not intended to knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us through support, please contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.
Data retention and security
We keep support correspondence only for as long as reasonably needed to handle the request and meet legal obligations. You may ask us to delete support correspondence containing your personal information by emailing the address below; we will delete it unless we need to retain it to comply with law or resolve a dispute. No method of electronic storage or transmission is completely secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect information within our control.
Your choices
You can use Privacy Choices in the game’s Settings screen when it is shown, use Apple’s Game Center controls, or email us to withdraw consent where applicable or request deletion of information you sent to support. Depending on your location, you may have additional privacy rights.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy if the game or applicable requirements change. We will post the updated policy on this page and revise the effective date above.
